Luo Zhaohui was appointed as China’s Ambassador to India. His appointment was approved by Chinese President Xi Jinping. He succeeds former Chinese Ambassador to India Le Yucheng, who left the position in April 2016. It is a decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the top legislature of China.
