After consoling the Chief Minister to accept all the demands, the former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha withdrew his agitation. Yashwant Sinha started an agitation against the police headquarters of Akola for the last three days to draw attention to the various questions of the farmers.
Yashwant Sinha had organized several agitations, including leaders of various parties in this movement. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis contacted Yashwant Sinha on the phone at 11.00 am and discussed in detail. Yashwant Sinha had put all the demands of the farmers in front of the Chief Minister. By giving positive feedback on it, the Chief Minister immediately approved most of the demands. Yashwant Sinha then announced his withdrawal of the movement.
The farmers of the three-day movement have benefited about Rs 5000 crore. Yashwant Sinha said that farmers should not be weak, they would not commit suicide, due to my spirit, farmers would have to face any problem if farmers were to call it a jagar stage.
